Need some help finding cartridge!

I got this pen when I went to a conference, they were handing them out with the company’s logo and whatnot. I started writing with it and fell in love. I knew I had to dismantle it to read what the true brand was. After looking it up, I can’t find a refill or a similar pen!! Help! First pic is the actual pen, second pic is the cartridge (it says Premec Swiss Made, and then some numbers I can’t read)
