Do smokers and pellet grills tend to go on sale during Black Friday and Boxing Week?

I'm just starting to get into smoking, and want to buy a solid, BIFL-grade pellet smoker that I can also use to BBQ and sear steaks. I'm looking at Yoder YS640s which is the high-end of my budget.

Wondering if I should wait to see if they go on sale, or if these things are more like iPhones and never go on sale.
