Best deals on AR15 or 223/556 rifles

Hi I’m new to the gun scene in Porltand and was wondering if you all have any input. Looking for a place to buy an AR15 style rifle that might have deals or a good reputation, however my pockets are pinched so I’m looking to spend no more than $700. Any recommendations?
