Cant play some games from epic games launcher

I added GTA 5 and borderlands 2 to my library when they were free and now I'm finally downloading them. I try to launch borderlands 2 and the launch fails saying it failed yo install. GTA says code execution can't proceed because some files didn't download. I've tried making epic launcher the administrator and can't fix this, any suggestions
