GPU upgrade from 6700xt (UK)

Hi all. My trusty 6700xt is starting to creak a bit under heavy/badly optimised unity games.

Choices are: 7800xt for £440, an open box 7900 gre for £520, a 7900xt for £610 or hold out for a 9070xt somewhere near RRP.

What do we think? Obviously the 9070xt would be the fastest card, but it's also the most expensive. The 7900xt is near it in benchmarks, but feels expensive for a last gen card. The gre is a bit cheaper but a bit slower and the 7800xt is the slowest and cheapest.
