Lag, audio distorted, and crashing with new build.

I picked up a 5090 Newegg bundle and managed to get my computer assembled at microcenter.

Whenever I boot my computer, I noticed that my mouse cursor is laggy. I also realized that watching videos are laggy with the audio distorted as well. 20-30 minutes later, the computer will turn black and restart.

The boot drive with windows was cloned from my previous build. That previous build has no issues and is running fine with a msi 5080 and amd 9800x3d processor.

I have reinserted the ram sticks, used DDU to uninstall drivers, the 5090 rops are 176, and took it microcenter where they did a PC diagnostic test with fresh windows installation.

I paid for the repair assurance (MCA) from microcenter. I'm hoping it covers whatever issue I'm going through. If anyone has any ideas, then that would be much appreciated.
