When will 9070xt restock/drop to semi normal price?

Hello, I was trying to buy the 9070xt for my very first pc build, but as yall know it was out of stock too quick. I was wondering if it will be back in stock and also near that $600 price. Not sure if i should wait or just go ahead and get a 7800xt. Any thoughts?
