13900k should I replace with 14900k?

I already know the newest i9 core ultra is worse for gaming. But the 14900k is a bit faster. But I keep reading that people have to thru several 14900k cpus until they get one that is stable. Reviews are at both extremes. The mb is an Asus ROG Maximus . What do you all advise? The 13900k I have is now blue screening about once a week. Used to be never… what do you all think?
