Let’s discuss GPU Upgrades. (Currently have 3080)

With every video that gets released by 10 or so channels that I follow, the more I wanna keep my 3080 for another generation. 5080 performance gets released tomorrow but I’m expecting a 10% bump from the 4080S and frame gen isn’t something I’m interested in as the games I daily don’t support those features. The only reason why I’m considering upgrading in the first place to a 5080/5090 is 1% lows, that’s what has been bothering me with the games that I am playing and improving those would mean that I’m happy but then again, the prices are insane as I only paid $750 for my 3080 back in 2020. ——— What are you guys consideration on upgrading and from what are you upgrading from if you’re upgrading ?
