New Build - weired scratching noises

I just finished my new build. Everyhing looks good so far. I installed Windows and now I‘m noticing this weired scratching noises. I think it is not coming vom the CPU fan because its quiet on start up or in BIOS. The noise starts when I login into Windows. Does this come from the CPU or SSD? I‘m running a WD Black SN850X 1TB and AMD R5 9600x
