Good enough build for Wow TWW?

Hello there!

I want to build a new PC that supports 1440p, with aim to get 144fps~ when playing World of Warcraft Retail at High or above graphic-settings (ofc a little lower during heavy raids etc.). I play retail with a handful of addons and weakauras. Would the build below suffice? Also, where multiple parts are mentioned, which part would then be best (in terms of bottleneck, but also bang for the buck)?

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 7600X  //  Intel i5-12600K

GPU:  Nvidia RTX 3060  //  AMD RX 7700XT

MOBO: Asrock B650M Pro RS (if AMD CPU)  // Asrock Z790 Pro RS

SSD: M.2 1TB

RAM: 32gb DDR5 @ 6000Mhz C30
