Unable to boot after bios update

B350M Bazooka motherboard with AMD Ryzen 5 1400 and an RX 580

Decided to rollback my bios to its previous version due to stability issues I was encountering after updating to a beta version of bios. After restarting I have no display on either monitor and the white VGA light is solid indicating a problem with my gpu. I figure something went wrong with the installation causing my bios to be unable to detect my gpu. I’ve updated bios many times throughout the years with no problem until now. The B350m Bazooka doesn’t have manual bios flashback implemented so I can’t flash it that way and obviously can’t get into the bios page with no display. I’ve tried resetting the bios by clearing CMOS and also have tried plugging hdmi directly into the motherboard in hopes to get a display but no luck. Is my motherboard just permanently bricked?
