My PC freezing

I need help guys. My built my pc myself. I worked fine for a long time. I wanted to reinstall windows. Now I'm getting issues where my pc is freezing enough to be an issue. My pc used to freeze but it was just a custom built being a custom built. Now it's an issue. It has screwed over my adobe editing projects. It's freezes on me just listening to music. Even freezes doing HW. Can yall help me pls.🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 If I gotta get a new RAM so be it. New SSD so be it. Cpu replacement maybe. But that's about it in my budget
