Automatic repair loop to critical system error

Hi, i wasnt sure where to post this so i thought id try here. A few hours ago my pc was stuck in this automotic repair loop. After me and then my gf helping me try to figure out what went wrong. We came to this screen. Aswell as the options have changed and theres no "reset windows" with option to either keep my files or do a full clean sweep. This pc is very sentimental to me and i really dont want to lose it as its more then a pc to me. My gf followed every yourtube, reddit and online tutorial to a T. She has way more patience then me. Can anyone help? :( again before we got this screen, it was the windows cant repair screen.
