My pc won’t work

I’m trying to make a pc with a ryzen 7 5700x and a radeon rx 580 (I know huge bottleneck) on the MSI b550 gen 3 with a 750w psu but it’s not booting and the ez debug on the motherboard says that it’s a cpu issue but I checked the cpu 5 times and nothing is wrong with it, all the parts work just fine and I even went into bios once but now it’s just not booting. I’m using the ssd on my old build that has windows 11 home and I’m using 32gb of ddr4 ram. I have no clue what’s wrong with it please help
