Permanent Limit no explanation
I usually don't use PayPal if I can help it, but I've had an account forever. I used it to buy my kids some xmas gifts from some websites this year; one of which was depop. Shortly after i placed the order I received an email from depop saying I should dispute the transaction on PayPal because the seller had to start a new account after being hacked. I did and PayPal rejected the dispute. In my response I wrote it was fraud for PayPal to reject the dispute with such evidence (email from depop). Later that day my account was permanently limited. PayPal won't explain why but I'm guessing because I said it was fraud? I got online with PayPal support chat and they refused to say why but that the decision is final. Surely there's a way to correct this? I haven't done anything wrong and I would like to continue using ebay.
