Most efficient way to farm continental coins?

I know that side jobs and the safehouse raid can bring in 6 at a time, but I wanna get my hands on dozens, maybe hundreds if possible, at a time to mod a fuckton of guns.

Are there more (and better) ways to acquire continental coins?
