New to game and trying to find militant faith

Hey there!

Usually when I can't figure something out naturally I can just google it and find an answer. And when that fails (rarely) I make a post on reddit because if google can't figure it out, Reddit will.

This being said, I am currently doing a build on PoE as I don't have enough hours to simply make one from scratch and I am trying to figure out how to find a Militant Faith jewel. I have been taught by a few people already on how to find them on PoB, with the assumption you are trying to find a jewel that changes nodes into something else...

This being said, I don't know how to find a militant faith jewel that changes nothing other then the major node (the super big node).

Does anyone have any idea on how I could do this? Some people had said years back on a reddit page to search for maximum devotion but I don't understand that unfortunately. Please understand I am VERY new!

3% increased effect of non-damaging ailments on enemies per 10
