Large parrot only bird feeder?

Hello! My brother in law has an African grey they keep outdoors under a covered terrace. The problem is that there are 15-20 sparrows constantly swarming the cage and stealing his food during the day. Are there any feeders, besides puzzle feeders, designed only for large birds to access or any other recommendations for keeping his food safe from these sparrows? Thank you in advance!
