Check for Secret Wife

A childhood friend of mine just got married (arranged). They have gotten nikkahfied but rukhsati nai hui. Now idk why but she has a doubt that maybe the guy has already been married before but haven’t disclosed it aka secret first wife.

Is there anyway she can check if he has another wife? Like from Nadra or somethin? They are based in punjab and she has his cnic.
