Help covering drywall markings.

Can anyone help me cover up these ugly drywall markings that are so visible in the daylight? Would a second coat do the trick? I know I need two coats minimum anyway but I don't want to waste more paint until I can fix this problem.

I've been remodeling my room and had to tear two whole walls out and replace them due to termite damage. I mudded and sanded the crap out of the walls, and then primed them and the remaining walls with a mix of Kilz interior drywall and all purpose primer. The interior drywall primer went on much nicer than the all purpose.

The paint I'm using is HDTV Infinity tricorn black in semi-gloss.
