is this too risky to OE?

so i just started my first software engineering job(75k/5k bonus). the setup is currently hybrid but from what i’ve seen so far, my manager is pretty lax on me being in office. there also hasn’t been a lot of meetings. i’ve been given a lot of autonomy even tho i’m a new grad hire.

i happened to get a j2 offer (100k/30k stock/10k bonus) & completely remote but i won’t start until june. i will be hired as a new grad swe there as well.

i wanted to get some opinions from people who are more experienced, especially those in swe.

pros i see: - first job seems lax & autonomous - if i fail to OE, i can just quit and keep j2

cons: - maybe not smart to OE as a new grad - learning 2 separate stacks
