OCCT runs with no errors but AIDA64 does not

Hello everyone, I recently PBOd my Ryzen 7 9800x3D with +200mhz boost clock and an undervolt negative curve of -30. OCCT ran a 10 minute CPU test without any issues. Cinebench R23 aswell.

AIDA64 on the other hand gave me an error about 2 minutes into the stress test. Then I went down to -25 which still gave me an error. Tried -20 and -15 aswell but still same errors just took a longer time (at -15 it took 15 minutes to error on me). Now I went up to -20 again and I just ignored the AIDA64 results. My system has been stable for the last 3 days so that brings me to my question: Should I be concerned about the AIDA64 results or not if my system runs smoothly otherwise.

I just ran the stock tests by the way. So no changes to the benchmarking programs. On aida I also tried benchmarking without the RAM which didnt change anything. It still errored on me.

MOBO: ROG STRIX B650-A gaming wifi

CPU: Ryzen 7 9800x3D

RAM: Corsair Vengeance 2x32gb DOCP 1 at 6400mhz.
