Changed Ram Worse Latency

I went from 2x32GB 6600 CL32-39-39-76 Corsair Vengeance with a userbenchmark latency of 59ns to 2x24GB 7600 CL36-46-46-96 Corsair Dominator Titanium with a userbenchmark latency of 70.2ns. What would you recommend I do to get this latency down? Is there other tests I should run? Currently on an Asus Dark Hero with a 14900k
