Citizen Science Experiment: Does mouth taping improve sleep metrics?

We’re running a community-powered trial called The Big Taping Truth Trial to test if mouth taping can actually move the needle on metrics like HRV, deep sleep, and sleep efficiency!

Early participants have seen interesting changes in sleep scores, HRV, and sleep efficiency—but we need more data to know if this holds up across a broader group.
