can this be reversed
Hi all (22, M)
So my face underwent some changes in the past couple years and not for the better. In the pictures you can see what I mean.
I observe my chin’s recessed, my jaw’s less prominent, my nose has gotten smaller and more hooked and I lost support in my cheekbone region under my eyes. Also my lips and cheeks look different and not as good it did.
I think this started happening shortly after the older pictures were taken, we moved to a new home, where my bedroom had a carpet. The dust made my nose stuffy, causing me to breathe through my nose during the night. Simultaneously I quit soccer, which I suspect shrunk my nasal cavities.
I’m working on keeping my mouth shut the entire night which I think should be my main focus, however this proves to be difficult. I find it difficult to know when I have or haven’t succeeded. Also I started jogging, breathing strictly through the nose to increase space in the nasal cavity. I mew, and chew mastic gum. I’m confident I can reserve a lot of it, with time. And take another series of picture like this in 2 years and see progress. How confident should I be?
Thanks
