Power Walking w feet/ankle issues
Recently I was diagnosed with Plantar Fasciitis and Achilles tendinitis. I’m doing PT and it is improving but the inclines are not my friend at the moment. I’m a power walker (never the running type) and wondering how to approach OTF now given this injury. Not looking for med advice, just wondering how others with lower body issues approach the tread. Eliminate inclines totally? Try the bike or elliptical? I’d love to hear other experiences. Thank you!
