What's the scam here, if there is one?

I have recently started posting on Reddit and I notice a trend where I am asked to do payments through Paypal or talk through Telegram or even Snapchat. It didn't seem sketchy at first until almost every message followed the same format. When I redirect to my official links, like OF, they go radio silent.

I understand that these are now scams, but I am curious to what the actual scam is or what they are hoping to achieve?
