Pint hydrus 5205 firmware is causing dangerous behavior, no warning cutouts, and sudden nosedives
Posting again since the issue is persistent for over a week now. Not only has the latest firmware on the og pint caused the board to be WAY less torquey and performant, it has caused erratic behavior that results in the board randomly nosediving at low speeds with no warning. FM refuses to have any semblance of accountability and has been actively skirting the notion that the issue is their terrible firmware and aggressive locking down of their product. The support team has sent me the same bs 'troubleshooting tips' multiple times and are repeatedly attempting to blame me. The very least FM can do is roll back the pint firmware, although support assures that this cannot be done (a decision by FM, not an actual limitation). The new hydrus firmware is dangerous, people are getting hurt, and FM is doing as much as they can to do absolutely NOTHING. I am so done with this company. It truly seems the only thing they are able to well is turn customers into haters. I say it loud and proud: F*** FUTURE MOTION!!
