Is this a good deal?

Looking at purchasing my first onewheel. I’ve ridden a buddy’s XR a couple times so my experience is pretty limited.

This is GT is for sale in my area and just looking for some guidance. Guy is asking for $1400. Is this a good deal or would you guys offer less? Any insight is appreciated. Thanks
