app opening animations

I don't know if it just my phone, but some apps just don't have opening animation, it just blinks into them.

it ised to be the samsung wearable, but the it got fixed on its (maybe an update or something) but now I downloaded Gemini app and it doesn't have one

it isn't a big deal but just wanted to know if its fixable/just my phone
