USA - 7 Pro - RMA for Replacement processing time

I requested RMA for replacement the same day i received the phone because of screen issue, the bad phone was delivered to repair center in Texas early morning yesterday (June 5th), but still no update. How long will they take to inspect the phone and receive an update? Thanks

Edit1: I have no patience to wait for new phone, talked to support, to get refund instead of replacement, he said this need to be escalated as RMA was created for replacement, and asking me to wait for an email within 24-48 hours.

EDIT2: service type is changed from "replacement" to "return". i will probably replace a new order, i think it is faster than waiting for replacement.
