OnePlus shipping is a JOKE
Just a quick recap of the scenario

I placed an order for the open on 10/28. My cousin, who ordered the phone 10/29, after I talked him into it just received his email stating the device has shipped today.

I chatted in with the customer support and asked how they process their orders and all I’ve taken away from that conversation is that they just pick and process at random.
We live 7.6 miles away from each other so it’s not a region thing. They claim their warehouse picks and processes orders in the order which it was received. This is clearly the furthest from the truth.
They clearly have botched this whole process and or just in scramble mode.
Forgot to mention, both of us ordered green.
