OBS Bandwidth Drops to 0kbps with Media Files & Scenes

Hey everyone, I'm streaming from my PS5 to YouTube using OBS on my Intel-based MacBook Pro (i9, 16GB RAM, AMD 5500M (4GB) with a Hagibi capture card. My internet is fiber optic (90Mbps up/down), and I set my OBS bandwidth to 9000kbps.

The issue: Whenever I start streaming and I have a second scene or a media file (like a "Starting Soon" video), my bandwidth drops to 0kbps, and the stream stops. But when I'm on the gameplay capture scene, the stream starts fine.

Any ideas on what could be causing this and how to fix it? Thanks!
