Best beach for toddlers

Hi Everyone,

I have a 2.5 year old who loves beach. We just came back from Mexico and I think she missed the sand play we did there. Which beach is your favorite beach near the city? We would like to make it as a day trip.

And how do you plan for the trip? I know the long beach had some outdoor shower booth. I guess you just rinse the kid there and come home and properly wash her again.
