Fraud charges - As of rn, Kay used fake name,numbers and address but they have ig dms. The defence Is trying to prove that Its not his ig acc from what I heard so Its like 70/30

Murder - They dont have eye witnesses (AUSA). Some CCTV with and without audio. Defence allegedly have eye witnesses.

Attemted Murder (2020) - Today detectives revealed CCTV footage and GPS tracking of Kay' phone matches.

Attemted Murder (2021) - CCTV??
