Nurse manager asking how to keep me on without monetary incentive??

I recently got an offer for a NICU I used to work at with a $20k sign on bonus, but like $5 less an hour than I make now. I currently work peds CICU, and told my manager and said I was willing to sign a 2 year commitment if they would offer a retention bonus. It was a total bluff in the end because I actually LOVE my job so much and don’t want to go back to the NICU… she got back to me today and HR said no because they’re currently trimming a lot of spending at my hospital, but she asked if there was anything else she could do to get me to stay. So now I’m trying to think what incentives I could ask for that are not monetary?
