Tipping getting insane

Almost every restaurant I go to has a suggested tips in 20%, 22%, 25%. Where did the old 15% tipping go? They bring up those little square devices and pretend they are not looking and create a pressure on you to tip them.
Can you share what do you usually tip in the following situation? 1) Fast Food restaurants like Chipotle, Cava 2) Cafes like Starbucks 3) Hybrid sit downs where you order at counter/ machine and waiter bring out food and then you clean up the table yourself. 4) Full sit down restaurant: Full service where they take your order at table, bring food, clean tables and bring check at table. 5) Do you tip when it is ToGo order ?
