Are the female Chapters skippable

Hey guys I've been playing all OG and Sigma (Razors edge) versions of Ninja gaiden, and the only real problem I have are the mandatory extra chapters offered in the Sigma versions. I'm just wondering if these are skippable in Master Collection or do I have to go through them again?
