why my ending E is taking forever?

I'm the new one and I just play this game in couple week . After i finish ending D ( 9s),i come into mini hacking game vs creator of the game but this game is taking forever, after i got 6 question but i dont get any support by another drone . So anyone got any idea about this bug ?

Ps: i rent this steam acount by random guy on Facebook
