Angry Earth worth it?

So I bought new world on launch day, played it for a few days and abandoned it since it was such a mess. Came back a few weeks ago and started playing again and got up to 60, minus the servers just kind of being dead im having a lot more fun this time around. But is the price of angry earth worth the extra 5 levels and whatever the current end game is?

Edit: thanks for the input everyone. I bought it and am on my way to 65 now!
