Any consequences for not paying a NYC camera ticket for me as a NJ native?
Received a camera ticket in the mail from NYC for speeding in a school zone at 11PM at night. I was not driving, but the car is in my name. I have a NJ license, and the car is registered in NJ. I probably go to NY once every 2 years.
Not worried about my credit, but is there any practical consequence for me if I just trash this ticket and not pay it? It is $50, so the cost is not a big deal but this feels like solely a money grab. Thanks!
