When did you stop having to hold baby upright after feeding?

Baby is almost 13 weeks and has gotten much better with his reflux after feeding. If you have had a reflux baby and had to hold them upright after feeding- when were you able to stop holding them upright for so long after feeding? As of now I just continue to hold him upright for 30-40 mins which during over night feeds can sometimes feel like forever
