New here and suspected recently that I have AuDHD HELP!

Hi, IDK much about how to post on here so apologies if this isn't what you normally see, I've suspected since last year in December that I may be Autistic but as I started to research I found info about ADHD and I clicked thay I have so many traits of both!

I won't list them don't worry there is so many ATP but I recently went to a private doctors as NHS (England) were just either ignoring my concerns or throwing silly online tests at me and telling me to take them and see for myself what they say first which I kinda get but I'd already done all that I wouldn't book the appointment if I didn't think or be confident that something isn't working in my brain!

Anyway the Private GP sorted me a referral but now it can't be used on NHS and I can't afford a private assessment I'm getting burnt out with working full days at work and I'm noticing my traits more and more I want to get assessed so I can finally show everyone that all the time I was being called things like Lazy, Stupid, rude etc it's because of this and its not any of them things.

So if anyone has been through something similar please can I get some advice, should I just go back to my GP and demand to be referred by them or should I try something else?
