lockdown help

okay I have played a few games and I got nothing I'm a bit confused.

so everytime racer X reveals a bike location, is that the only bike in the world? or do all the bike locations have bikes just hidden? i have gotten like one car until now and I rarely manage to get the bike, usually the bike and the lockup are in opposite directions

appreciate any help, i suck horrendously at this mode 😓
