Halloween Show - Toronto

Are people dressing up for the Halloween show in Toronto?? My partner and I are dressing up as Guy and Lee from Naruto for a different event, and he wants to wear the costumes for this show too but I wasn’t sure if we’d be the only ones! What are the vibes??
