NZ volunteering / charity for scholarships

hey im going into year 13 this year and don't have any proper leadership roles at school which i thought my hinder my chances at getting scholarships.

i was wondering if any other year 12 or 13 students would be keen in starting some sort of charity (probably if you don't have a school leadership position) so we can showcase our leadership this way.

we can co found and all have important roles that way we can add it to a scholarship applications, personally im into medicine so was thinking about something along that or helping kids in education specifically in low socio economic areas..

not really sure yet, but if ur keen and have ideas pls let me know
