TE KURA summer school HELP!!

Okay so I signed up for a level 2 chemistry, history and level 3 calc internal BUT THE THING IS I have no idea how the system works... I went on the website and logged in but there was a bunch of modules to complete and Ihad no idea which modules were for my internal standard. I emailed a teacher and she said you need to do a pre requisite task and make your way through...? How do you hand in the final internal? And are you supposed to email your ncea Principal's Nominee about te kura? Not sure how doing tasks helps u do a internal? And it says to upload your final internal but I am just confused on what the internal task is anyways? Sorry if this is a lot of yapping im very lost rn haha
