Is there a "Living Wage" restaurant anywhere on the north island?

Tipping culture has gotten out of hand and it drives me crazy. My hatred for it is completely out of proportion with creeping 15-18-20-22% value of the so-called "gratuity".

I stumbled across a "Living Wage" no-tip restaurant in Toronto (Richmond Station), found it awesome. Looking around a bit, I found a couple more in Vic, and on principal I'd like to support restaurants that do this.

Are there any living-wage no-tip restaurants north of the Malahat?
