What are your musical strengths/weaknesses?

Mine are playing bass, and singing/rhythm guitar. I recently started playing some lead/solos, but I think they are pretty sloppy and I really need to work on them. I do a lot of note spamming and I need to work on being in the groove more while playing lead and keeping it simple melodies instead of the entire pentatonic scale, lol. So that's what I'm working on next, plus getting better at piano/keys and also live mixing/engineering. What about you?
